Fund Identity
What it is, who runs it, where it lives.
Capital appreciation and current income..
The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities comprising the BITA AI Leaders Select Index, which tracks US-listed companies at the forefront of AI technologies across hardware, software, enabling infrastructure, and services. The Fund holds the underlying stocks with weights substantially corresponding to their Index weights, then writes covered call options on approximately 100% of each holding to generate income from option premiums. Call options are written slightly out of the money with terms of 30 days or less, allowing for some capital appreciation while capping upside above the strike price. The Fund is actively managed and classified as non-diversified.
