Fund Identity
What it is, who runs it, where it lives.
Capital appreciation and current income..
The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of companies comprising the BITA Crypto Assets & Digital Payments Index, which tracks 25 US-listed companies engaged in crypto-related activities such as mining, trading, custody, blockchain technology, and digital payments. It is an actively managed ETF that simultaneously writes covered call options on approximately 100% of each portfolio security to generate income from option premiums. The covered call strategy limits upside participation above the strike price of written options while maintaining full downside exposure to the underlying stocks. The Fund uses out-of-the-money call options with terms of 30 days or less, including both standardized exchange-traded options and FLEX Options.
