Fund Identity
What it is, who runs it, where it lives.
The Global X Nasdaq-100® Income Edge℠ ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide current income and exposure to the Nasdaq-100 Index (the "Reference Index")..
The Fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to generate weekly income by selling (writing) call options on a portion of the Nasdaq-100 Portfolio while maintaining equity exposure to the Nasdaq-100 Index through its component securities and/or affiliated or unaffiliated ETFs. The Fund targets a 13% annualized distribution rate paid weekly, funded by option premiums and dividends. Only a portion of the portfolio is subject to written call options, leaving the remainder uncapped to participate in potential appreciation. When option premiums fall short of the distribution target, distributions may reduce NAV and may include a return of capital component.

Ordinary Income
The Fund writes call options on only a portion of the Nasdaq-100 Portfolio, with the specific portion determined by the Adviser based on market conditions, option premium availability, and income objectives. The capped portion cannot participate in appreciation beyond the strike price, while the remaining uncapped portion retains full upside potential. FLEX options issued and guaranteed by the OCC may be used, introducing liquidity and counterparty risks.

Distribution Composition (Recent)
ROC is not free money — it lowers your cost basis. When shares are sold, capital gains are computed against the lower basis.
Composition · Narrative
The June 2026 distribution of $0.0704 per share is composed almost entirely of Return of Capital (98.91%), with only 1.09% from Net Investment Income. On a fiscal year-to-date basis, 97.82% of cumulative distributions represent Return of Capital. The fund estimates it has distributed more than its income, so investors should not interpret these payments as yield or income.
