Fund Identity
What it is, who runs it, where it lives.
The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek current income.
EGGS is an actively managed ETF that invests in 10-25 U.S. large-cap equity securities selected by Nest Egg ETFs through quantitative and qualitative screening, held either directly or synthetically via options. The Fund sells covered calls (or in-the-money puts on synthetic positions) to generate income targeting 1-2% of NAV per month, buys OTM calls to recapture upside, and maintains long put options on equity indices and/or underlying securities to hedge against significant market declines. A minor allocation (up to 10%) is held in cash or short-term U.S. Treasuries as collateral and income supplement.

Ordinary Income
The Fund sells covered calls or ITM puts to generate monthly income targeting 1-2% of NAV, and buys OTM calls to partially restore upside participation. Long put options on equity indices and/or individual Underlying Securities are maintained at all times as a hedge against significant market declines, though they create a performance drag in flat or rising markets. Euro Flex (European-style) options are used for synthetic exposure to reduce early assignment risk.
