Fund Identity
What it is, who runs it, where it lives.
The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek a high level of current income.
EGGY is an actively managed ETF that invests in 10-25 U.S. large-cap equity securities selected through quantitative and qualitative screening, holding them directly and/or synthetically via options. The Fund sells covered calls and in-the-money puts to generate high income (targeting 1.5-3% of NAV monthly), while purchasing long put options on equity indices and/or individual holdings to hedge against significant market declines. A minor allocation (up to 10%) is maintained in cash or short-term U.S. Treasuries to serve as collateral and additional income.

Ordinary Income
The Fund sells covered calls on directly held securities and sells in-the-money puts on synthetically held positions to generate premium income, capping upside participation. It simultaneously purchases long put options on equity indices and/or individual holdings to hedge against significant market downturns, though these hedges create a performance drag in flat or rising markets. The Fund may also use call and put spreads for hedging purposes or to offset margin requirements.
