Fund Identity
What it is, who runs it, where it lives.
The Fund's primary investment objective is to pay weekly distributions.
HOII is an actively managed ETF that seeks weekly distributions by employing a covered call strategy while maintaining 105%–150% notional leveraged exposure to Robinhood Markets, Inc. (HOOD) on a daily basis. The Fund obtains its leveraged exposure through options contracts (including FLEX Options), swap agreements, direct purchases of HOOD shares, and/or Leveraged ETFs. The covered call component generates income by writing (selling) out-of-the-money call options against the leveraged long position. At the close of each trading day, the Fund rebalances its portfolio to reset notional exposure within the 105%–150% target range, with the exact leverage determined by the Adviser using real-time technical analysis.

Ordinary Income
The Fund primarily uses exchange-traded and FLEX Options on HOOD to achieve 105%–150% notional leveraged long exposure. It simultaneously sells out-of-the-money covered call options on HOOD to generate premium income for weekly distributions. Options contracts range in maturity from 1 day to 6 months and are guaranteed for settlement by the OCC; as contracts expire or are exercised, the Fund rolls into new contracts.

Distribution Composition (Recent)
ROC is not free money — it lowers your cost basis. When shares are sold, capital gains are computed against the lower basis.
Composition · Narrative
The Fund seeks to pay weekly distributions. Distribution amounts are determined by a formula incorporating recent total return of HOOD and implied volatility, and are expected to vary from week to week. Distributions may consist entirely or partly of return of capital (ROC), which is not income or gain and reduces NAV and the shareholder's cost basis over time. Once cost basis reaches zero, further ROC distributions are treated as capital gain.
