Fund Identity
What it is, who runs it, where it lives.
The Amplify CWP International Enhanced Dividend Income ETF seeks to provide current income as its primary investment objective and to provide capital appreciation as its secondary investment objective..
The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in dividend-paying ADR securities of large- and mid-cap companies from the MSCI ACWI ex USA Index, organized or located outside the United States. CWP constructs a diversified portfolio across GICS sectors and developed and emerging market countries, screening for companies with histories of increasing dividends and strong fundamentals. The Fund simultaneously employs a tactical covered call option strategy, writing U.S. exchange-traded covered call contracts on equity holdings to generate additional premium income of approximately 2-4%, targeting total gross income of approximately 3-4% from dividends plus 2-4% from option premiums.

Ordinary Income
CWP sells short-term covered call option contracts tactically rather than systematically, meaning not all positions are covered at all times. The strategy targets approximately 2-4% gross income from option premiums. When an underlying stock shows strength or increased implied volatility, CWP opportunistically sells call contracts to capture premium while selectively preserving upside participation.
