The Fund uses a combination of synthetic long positions (buying calls and selling puts at the same strike) and writes call options to generate income, capping upside participation beyond the sold call strike price. It may also write uncovered calls and puts, use call or put spreads for enhanced participation or income, and employ risk reversals or protective puts to limit downside. Notional exposure via direct options will not exceed 150% of NAV; through Underlying Kurv ETFs it is limited to 100% of NAV.
