Fund Identity
What it is, who runs it, where it lives.
The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek current income.
NVIT is an actively managed ETF that seeks to generate weekly cash distributions targeting an annual distribution level of 25% of NAV, while providing synthetic long exposure to NVDA. The Fund creates synthetic NVDA exposure using long call options combined with short put options (or deep in-the-money calls), and separately employs covered call spread strategies to generate option premiums targeting approximately 2.2% per month. The Fund also maintains 50%-100% of assets in cash, money market funds, or U.S. Treasuries to serve as collateral and liquidity.

75% Return of Capital
ROC is not free money — it lowers your cost basis. When shares are sold, capital gains are computed against the lower basis.
Composition · Narrative
Trailing-quarter return of capital averaged 75.0% of distributions (dollar-weighted across 12 distributions payable 3/18/26–6/17/26). Most recent distribution (6/17/26): 91.3% ROC. Single-week ROC is volatile for option-income funds; the dollar-weighted quarter is the steadier read.
