Seeks to provide a high level of current income to shareholders, with a secondary objective of capital appreciation..
The Fund actively invests in equity and fixed income securities of power and energy infrastructure companies, including electrification infrastructure assets such as electric power generation, transmission, distribution, pipelines, water/waste management, and renewable energy. At least 80% of total assets are invested in electrification infrastructure assets. The Fund also employs a covered call options strategy on selected equity holdings to generate additional current income, with notional call exposure expected to be less than approximately 20% of total portfolio value.
